"This first B.L.I.S.S. book is purely entertainment!!"

If this book is any indication of how the B.L.I.S.S. line will play out, count me in! I couldn't do a thing all day except read this fabulously entertaining book. I know I can always count on Nina Bangs for an exceptional read! This book just proves my point!

Agent 36DD, aka Camryn O'Brien, is a new recruit to B.L.I.S.S. She has a unique ability in being able to take care of herself and she is a jam up mechanic. Her first assignment is to protect extremely rich and eccentric Owen Sitall from being murdered by Zed of L.O.V.E.R. She has to travel to Owen's private island that is set up like the Monopoly game with her entourage of three former B.L.I.S.S. agents, Flo, Sara and Rachel and a robotic cat named F.I.D.O. They'll be traveling in a pink Cadillac, a remnant of the Mary Kay days of Y, the head honcho of B.L.I.S.S. Course, the Caddy has been souped up by T, a pimply faced geeky genius!

As they get to the island and get ready to pass GO, they notice the hunky guy in front of them on a Harley. He just looks like he's up to no good but what Camryn and the ladies don't know is he's Owen's only son, Jace, who hasn't seen his father since he was six years old. So just what is he doing here? That remains to be seen.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book simply for the entertainment factor. The characters were just a pure stroke of genius and F.I.D.O. did nothing but add to the hilarity and enjoyment of this whole experience. I giggled, chuckled and plain just laughed out loud through the whole book. I eagerly look forward to more books in the B.L.I.S.S. line!

Summary

The world's richest man, Owen Sitall, was a flop at a certain game. As a child he'd only beaten the dolts his father paid to lose; as an adult he built an enormous board so he could win on his own. Camryn, novice agent #36-DD of B.L.I.S.S -- the international organization that fought crime anywhere from St. Croix to St. James Place--found her assignment clear: Protect the fanatical Sitall from financial ruin. But she'd have a big shoe to fill. And though she got to ride in the little race car (a pink Cadillac), she had a feeling that being a spy didn't just mean free parking. Before this was over, she'd be rolling the dice with her heart.
