"Tales of the Beau Monde III"
Louisa is the housekeeper at Montvale, a country estate
that has a unique collection of erotic implements hidden
within its walls. A competent woman who has proven herself
capable of healing troubled souls using both her sensual
and more mundane talents, she has taken on the care of
Professor Owen Lloyd-Jones, a scientist who has suffered an
accident that leaves him burned and temporarily blind. LYING WITH LOUSIA is (presumably) the final story in
Kelly's Beau Monde trilogy. In this story the independent
and sexually-aware Louisa finally finds a man to match her
passion. This installment in the trilogy has been eagerly
awaited (by this reviewer at least) and is not at all
disappointing. Continuing in the trend of sexual healing,
the story is well-rounded and features not only Louisa's
talents, but also Lloyd-Jones' dedication to his recovery.
The story wraps up nicely and includes a brief visit with
the heroes and heroines of Kelly's other short stories. Sensuality Guide: Rated NC17 by the publisher.
