"A hot historical quickie"
Beatrice Shelton, daughter of the Vicar of Lyndenham,
escapes her house late one night after being abused by her
father. Earlier in the day, the curate had nearly raped
her but her father didn't believe her. He thought she was
a fallen woman and had punished her horribly. Sir Harold Boyd, Earl of Dunsmere, is on his way to visit
friends when he notices an apparition coming at him from
out of the snow. At first he thinks it's an angel but soon
realizes it's a woman in need of help. I found this to be an enjoyable quickie to read. The
characters' attraction to each other was immediate and
hot. The story did have a couple of unusual plot twists
that made it all that more enjoyable. Sexual Content: NC-17: oral sex, light bondage, some
lesbianism.

SummaryTales of the Beau Monde - Book II (short story)
Harry Boyd, Earl of Dunsmere, is a Corinthian, Rake and
highly regarded lover, known for his hot lust rather than
his warm heart. Rescuing a damsel in distress is quite out
of character for the earl. But then again, Harry is about
to learn that nothing is ordinary about Miss Beatrice...
Rated NC-17 by Ellora's Cave.
