"Erotic historical short story"
Beatrice Shelton runs away from her cruel and abusive
father (Vicar of the local church) and the curate who tried
to rape her. Unfortunately, she chooses the middle of
winter to escape from her horrible life. She is almost dead
from cold when she collapses in a country lane. Harold
Boyd, Earl of Dunsmere, is on his way to visit his friend
Louisa Celline when he sees the beautiful but unconscious
frozen girl. He scoops her up and takes her to Louisa's
home, but Louisa fears that Beatrice may not survive the
shock and hypothermia. She leaves Harry to watch over the
girl, and Harry realizes that some stimulation and shared
body heat might be what Beatrice needs. Beatrice regains
consciousness but in her dazed state thinks she is in some
sort of halfway house to Heaven, where an angelic Emissary
is demonstrating the pleasures of sex. Before they can settle their relationship, Harry must
confess that her heavenly vision was not the delirious
dream she later thought, and Beatrice needs to work through
her anger at mistreatment from men. Louisa helps them find
a delightful way to do this and move on to true heaven in
each others arms. This Ellora's Cave Quickie is the sequel to INSIDE LADY
MIRANDA; Harry was a secondary character in that story.
This book is labeled "Tales of the Beau Monde -- Book II";
LYING WITH LOUISA will be the next story in the series. Rated NC-17/Erotic by Ellora's Cave. Sex toys, minor
bondage and spanking, references to voyeurism and
lesbianism.

SummaryTales of the Beau Monde - Book II (short story)
Harry Boyd, Earl of Dunsmere, is a Corinthian, Rake and
highly regarded lover, known for his hot lust rather than
his warm heart. Rescuing a damsel in distress is quite out
of character for the earl. But then again, Harry is about
to learn that nothing is ordinary about Miss Beatrice...
Rated NC-17 by Ellora's Cave.
