"Spicy hot short story featuring a great older heroine"

Nita Franklin has been having odd dreams lately -- erotic dreams of a man whom she's never met. Though they haunt her even during her waking hours, she knows that they are meaningless, until she meets Him.

Martin Hawley's daughter has been kidnapped, and he needs Nita's help desperately. As a reporter, she has access to information that he cannot reach. Together, they must race to save the girl, but they'll be battling their attraction to each other the whole way!

MORE THAN A HUNCH is a very, very hot short story. There are some very interesting twists that make it stand out from the pack, too. First, the heroine is an older woman. She's 48, to be exact. (Not that it matters, she just serves as an example to older readers that they too can have great sex and fascinating relationships!) The story is also written in first person, so a lot of the charm is in the voice itself. Self-confidence oozes from each and every line of the story, though not in a bad way. Nita is a great character, one who could almost step from the page itself, she's so real. Martin isn't a slouch either, and though he's described as an older man and it's made clear that he has an adult daughter, he's still a hottie.

Rich in plot and erotic detail, this blending of suspense, character and sex is a great example of the quality work that Elloras's Cave produces.

Summary
