REVIEW

"Heart-warming romantic fantasy -- a tale of discovery"

Miles is a courier, a man who lives on the road and has no one besides his "pet" crow for company. His newest assignment is to deliver a missive to the sorceress Chantara, a powerful woman that most decent people fear. He makes his way to her towering castle and meets the most gentle, unassuming woman... the sorceress Chantara.

Though the story doesn't focus exclusively on the romantic relationship between Miles and Tara, it is still a very fulfilling fantasy romance. Filled with danger and excitement, the author also manages to include wonderful characterization and a very believable progression of their relationship. Miles' captivation with the unexpectedly sweet Chantara is the cornerstone of the story, and it's a joy to read them find the deep reality beneath the outer skins that they each wear.

MILES-TO-GO is a heart-warming, romantic fantasy story that this reviewer, for one, desperately wishes was much, much longer.
