REVIEW

"Zane Masterson is one sexy hero!"

When Zane Masterson's identical twin brother Grey calls him with problems of a woman stalker, Zane is very intrigued, so intrigued that he suggests switching places with Grey. Grey agrees but tells Zane he has to cover Club Carnal's opening and write a story. Laid back easy going Zane doesn't like it but agrees to the task.

Toni Maxwell is in deep trouble. How in the world did Senator Birdstrum get the idea that she was his fiancée for heavens sakes? What is Toni to do about it? When she puts her head together with her sisters, Bobby, Jude and Mickey, they come up with the perfect plan. Toni will create a sex scandal but with who? After having read the expose that Grey Masterson's lover wrote, Toni decides that the 'who' would just have to be Grey! How could he refuse?

The first time Toni shows up at Grey's office, he calls the security guard on her but that doesn't faze her. The second time she will be doubly ready. When she finds out that he will be at Club Carnal, she wrangles an invitation to the gala from a customer of her shop, Feminine Touch. There she makes a play once again for Grey but this time it's not Grey she's flirting with but Zane.

Zane has enough trouble on his hands besides Toni. Someone is sabotaging the newspaper. It's getting serious and he's got to find out just who is out to destroy him and his newspaper. Can Toni be an accomplice to this atrocity? In the meantime Zane thinks if he keeps Toni close he can figure out this mystery but does he have an ulterior motive for keeping Toni near him?

This one sitting read singed my eyeballs! Zane and Toni heated up the pages from the first moment they met. Both were very sexual people and were very uninhibited about how they reacted to each other. I'm crossing my fingers that Susan Kearney will write more of these sizzling Blazes!!
