"Bounty hunter and prey -- or two lovers?"

Jarla was a Bounty Hunter. She was a strong powerful woman, looking for a man accused of murder. She searched long and hard and finally, while in the need for lust, she found him trying to save the lives of his fellow slaves. As the houses were burning and confusion reigned, she ran into Thallin and they both freed the men that were in bondage in the cellars. She had finally captured her villain but was so taken with him that she wanted to keep him for herself.

The book is passionate from the beginning to the end and is an interesting short story about a couple meeting and falling in love.

Summary

Erotic short story. Part of the Way of the Wolf series, but can be read on its own. Jarla is a professional -- A Bounty Hunter -- and one of the best in the business. She's also a seeker of pleasure. The two have never interfered with each other...until now. She's hot on the trail of Thallin, a rogue Barbarian. But there's more to her quarry than she ever expected...
