REVIEW

"The Bachelor"

Raina Chandler has been waiting a long time to for her sons to get married and have families of their own. Unfortunately she doesn't see this happening anytime soon. So when she gets a health scare, she comes up with an idea to get her sons married off.

Roman Chandler has the perfect solution to his problem. After losing a coin toss, Roman figures he can marry a woman who wouldn't mind him going all over the world with him coming home once in awhile. Unfortunately the only person who he finds attractive is the woman he has never gotten out of his mind, Charlotte Bronson.

Charlotte has no intention of living the same kind of life her mother did. She will never be with a man who comes in her life whenever he feels like it and leaves his family behind without a second thought. She knows that Roman has a lot in common with her father and even though she has tried to stay away she finds that she can't.

THE BACHELOR is everything you have come to expect with a Carly Phillips romance, but she has also shown that she has a talent for suspense with the subplot about who is breaking into area homes stealing Charlotte's creations. THE BACHELOR also introduces us to Roman's other brothers Chase, who runs the newspaper his father founded and Rick the town sheriff. I personally can't wait to see what Carly has in store for them.

Carly Phillips has long been a popular author and THE BACHELOR will not only make her fans happy, but will undoubtedly bring her many more new ones. THE BACHELOR is the perfect book to take with you to the beach or on vacation.

Summary

Will this bad boy make it to the alter?

Foreign correspondent Roman Chandler has always prized his freedom above all else. Now losing a coin toss has sealed this youngest brother's fate. Finding someone to escort down the aisle is the easy part-every wannabe bride in sleepy Yorkshire Falls is itching to get hitched to this gorgeous, globe-trotting Chandler man. But Roman still lusts after the woman who got away. Stunning heartbreaker Charlotte Bronson has come home to put down roots and get her erotic lingerie business off the ground. She wants a man that won't go chasing off to the far corners of the earth for a breaking news story. He wants her to say "I do".
