"A toe-curling Harlequin Presents novel brimming with passion!"
Prince Khalim of Maraban first sets eyes on Rose Thomas
during the wedding of his good friend, Guy Masters, and is
determined to have her. Unfortunately, the lady isn't as
ready to fall into his arms and when courting her doesn't
help, he resorts to more serious methods of getting her
undivided attention. Khalim approaches Rose's employer with a business
proposition and a stipulation that Rose handle his account
personally. The job requires Rose to travel with Khalim to
Maraban where he hopes to melt down her defenses and entice
her into his bed! Rose is strongly attracted to Khalim but refuses to become
involved with him. What would be the point? He's the
Sheikh of a country with a totally different culture from
hers. He'd never marry her for his wife would have to be
chosen in accordance with his powerful position -- and Rose
is not the right woman for him. Try as she might though,
in the end she can't resist the strong pull of pulse-
pounding passion and sizzling ecstasy promised in Khalim's
arms. Rose surrenders to the Sheikh - but can she hope
he'll truly be her gallant prince and promise her
a 'Happily Ever After' too? You'll need to turn on your air-conditioning on full blast
before you sit down to read SURRENDER TO THE SHEIKH!
Sharon Kendrick has penned a wonderfully passionate romance
that will curl your toes. Explosive sensuality, beautifully portrayed emotions, an
unexpected plot and vivid characterizations all help to
make SURRENDER TO THE SHEIKH a story that strongly impacts
the reader's senses. I found this novel particularly
interesting as Middle Eastern heroes and especially Sheikh
stories are a favorite of mine. Khalim and Rose are well developed, warm characters with
interesting personalities. SURRENDER TO THE SHIEKH boasts
an excellently executed plot that pulls readers into it's
magic from the beginning. Insightful portraits of the main
characters further engage the imagination and thrill the
senses. If you enjoy romances about gorgeous Sheikhs who spare no
expense or effort to get the woman they want and stories
full of rich Middle Eastern flavor, don't miss SURRENDER TO
THE SHEIKH!
