"Excellent fast erotic read"
A flat tire on a desolate road in the dark of night leaves
Marie Robb stranded in the back woods of Europe. This was
not something her journey of discovery was supposed to
include. Not willing to just sit and wait for help, she
strikes out on a path she finds in the woods, hoping it
will lead her to civilization. After hours of walking, not
only does it not lead her to help, it leads her to the man
whom she was trying to avoid by taking this road -- Fredrik
Sorebo. Although she does not want to accompany him to his
home, being lost leaves Marie little choice. Once there, Marie cannot stand against the desire he
arouses in her. She gives herself to him completely, yet
harbors grave doubts as to who Fredrik is. Will this
binding with him be the completion of her, or will it be the
death of her as it was for Sophie? Should she believe the
gossip about what happened to Sophie, or should she follow
her heart? Though a bit short on plot, "Tremors" is long on sex, so is
a satisfying erotic romance. Though I couldn't understand
why the heroine decided to walk down a vague path in an
eerie woods instead of staying on the road or in her car
until sun-up, this does follow the classic gothic type
story "don't do that!" criteria. Even though you don't get
to know the hero and heroine well, I found them both to be
likable and intelligent. The story concentrates solely on
the two main characters. Altogether, an excellent fast
erotic read. Sensuality: NC17. Explicit heterosexual sex; oral sex; some
crude language.
