"A Thrilling Chase"
In the fast paced second installment in the HIDE AND SEEK
trilogy, we meet the first of Jake's two sisters -
Alexandra
Golden, an architect who is working on a project that is
sure to push her into the big time. She disreguards the
papers sent to her by her long lost brother Jake, and
refuses to trust the bodyguard that he has hired for her. Roarke Stone is an ex-CIA agent with a painful past,
determined to protect Alexandra despite her foolhardy
insistance on not leaving her project. A near fatal
accident
and being kidnapped and nearly killed, however, change her
mind. Soon Alexandra and Roarke are on the run and they must
discover why the CIA is intent on killing them and
destroying the documents they possess. Kearney keeps up the fast paced ride in HIDDEN HEARTS,
delivering an excellent second segment to the mystery, with
an ending that is sure to leave readers grabbing for the
conclusion to the trilogy.

to-have you kisses made her knees weak, but he was also
arrogant, sensitive and very dangerous.
Roarke Stone, ex-CIA field officer, had failed to save his
fiancee
from a terrorist's bomb and had no intention of losing
Alexandra to
the powerful, deadly men who were pursuing her. He was
determined to protect her, but could he protect his own
