"Fantasy world with great dialog, hot sex scenes."
Davik and Warrik are princes of Southern Khal. They share
everything--even their women. It's Davik's job to arouse
the woman they share and turn her over to Warrik, and they
revel in their sex games. One day, Warrik brings an
unusually beautiful woman home and Davik is captivated by
her. Her name is Petra. She was captured as she was sneaking out
of the enemy city the brothers are beseiging. She had
formerly been in prison since she was sentenced as a teen
by their father, the current king. She submits sexually to
both princes who share her joyously, but she falls in love
with Davik and he feels the same for her. For the first
time in his life he does not want to share a woman with his
brother. But Warrick, who is also the throne heir, is
enjoying Petra too much to stop sharing her. Can this love
triangle be resolved? I was quite disturbed by the opening statement ("I'll be
back to share in her rape. Don't start without me.") in the
book, so I found it hard to like either Davik or Warrik
from that point on in the story. They never raped Petra --
but only because she agreed to submit -- they would have,
and this tells me that they are two unpleasant characters.
Also, the end was a bit too convenient and predictable for
the situation. Despite all of that, this is a well written book. The world
these characters inhabit is believable, the story flows
well, the dialog is great, the sex scenes are expertly
crafted, and hot, hot, hot! Anyone looking for a sexy read
will enjoy this book. Sensuality: E-rotic. Sensuality: Violence, BDSM, oral sex Reviewed by Angela Black for Sensual Romance.
