Melina Catarina Angeles is the younger of the twins and the quietest. She had always helped her sister Maria out of trouble. The last time she helped out her sister it had almost cost her her life. Her parents had promised that they wouldn't let Melina go to jail but they let her down.

Her parents have rarely associated with her in two years since Melina had nearly died in jail. Now they were asking her to risk jail again. It was almost like she didn't even exist except to help out her sister. She refuses to help her sister again even though her parents threaten to disown her. As she goes back to her apartment her only thought is of where she'll go with her life now. Fate has other plans for her as she crosses paths with Luc.

I have to admit that I am a fan of Ms. Leigh's and this book doesn't disappoint. The story moves along quickly and I finished in one reading. The characters were easy to care about and their actions rang true. This was a thoroughly enjoyable and very sensual romance novel.
