"A one sitting read!"

Take a bored mousy accountant handcuffed to her antique four poster bed because her OB/GYN fiancé had to take a call and forgot about her and have her rescued by her new neighbor FBI agent and you have the premise for this hot, sexy read.

Cynthia Baxter feels as if she needs a change so she brings home Raunch magazine to give her some ideas. Unfortunately this does not work on her fiancé, Walter, who leaves her handcuffed to her bed while he takes an emergency call. When she finally gets someone's attention, who should come to her rescue but new neighbor and FBI agent, Jake Wheeler. It doesn't help that Jake is gorgeous and sexy. Cynthia is extremely embarrassed but Jake just thinks she's a wild woman like his ex-girlfriend.

Jake has his own agenda going on though. When he cons Cyn into helping him with a stakeout, she figures she'll just live a little and goes along with it. She has no idea what scrapes she'll get into along the way but if it means playing with Jake, she's willing to do anything!

Not only was this book hot and spicy but I also found myself chuckling over the antics of Jake and Cynthia aka Cyn. Cyn tries so hard to come off as being a brazen know-it-all hussy but she's just such an innocent that Jake sees through her most of the time. She does have the capability for getting him all hot and bothered and she makes use of that knowledge as much as she can! I highly recommend this 'one sitting' read.

Summary

What's a girl to do? Cynthia Baxter's sex life needed spicing up. She hoped her colorless fiance would get into the spirit of things when she brought home Raunch magazine's fantasy issue, but she was wrong. Her soon-to-be ex-fiance left her naked and tied to the bedposts after being called away on business during "Ravished by a Dark, Dangerous Stranger."

Luckily, Cynthia's new neighbor -- gorgeous, dark and dangerous FBI agent Jake Wheeler -- rescued her from her compromising position...and her boring existence. She wasn't about to correct his impression that she was a very bad girl. Which meant that Raunch magazine might not go to waste after all ... At last, Cynthia -- make that Cyn -- was going to Live a Little!
