"Sensual Irish Magic Anthology"

Three stolen Irish treasures. Three magical artifacts waiting to be recovered by the right women. Three objects that will help their owners find their own True Love.

STITCHES IN TIME by Diana Hunter

Liam Finnerty is less than pleased to be accompanying his boss's daughter around Ireland on business. He doesn't like her or her attitude to the business she will soon inherit. But when Maggie finds a tattered scrap of an ancient tapestry, all bets are off. Maggie's passion for art restoration leads to other revelations that leave Liam off- center and doubting everything he knew about the woman who had been cold and aloof. Hotel mix-ups and the tapestry's magical talking leprechaun complicate both their lives and soon one thing leads to another. But what's this about True Love?

Hunter brings readers a frothy story about finding your heart in the place where you least expect it in her contribution to the anthology. Strong characters and contemporary concerns play a backdrop in this tale of unexpected pleasure that features that talking, voyeuristically inclined leprechaun. STITCHES IN TIME is the most "usual" of the three stories in this anthology, barring the leprechaun, featuring more story than sex, it seems at times. With an evocative setting and strong, interesting characters, Hunter starts off this anthology with a bang.

HARPIST BIZARRE by Sahara Kelly

Pianist Fay Krakowski is exploring Ireland after finding her boyfriend buried in the second flautist's ample chest. She's lost not only her relationship, but her enjoyment of music itself! She finds the magical harp in an out-of-the- way cottage shop and is drawn to it. Her purchase of the mystical relic awakens Aodhan Mac Murchadhe — Aidan Murphy — who has been imprisoned for centuries. Magical dreams link them, and Fay may be Aidan's only hope of escaping back to the world he was born in.

Kelly is back with her usual uplifting erotic romance, this time with a liberal dash of Irish magic tossed in to sweeten the pot. Featuring mystical sexual encounters and, more importantly, a truly sexy hero, this tale provides a wonderful story for the paranormal aficionado. Funny and uplifting, HARPIST BIZARRE is a delightful tale that lives up to Kelly's excellent standards.

KISSING STONE by Tielle St.Clare

Kit has had the hots for her friend Jax for years — but she's too scared to mess up their friendship to do anything about her urges. She's content living in her isolated, academic world — a world that is shaken when she is told that because her co-author is stuck in a Greek prison, she'll have to appear on television to promote her new book. Everything will be fine, right? Jax, whose job is to coach people for television appearances of all kinds, will help her prepare. Until a walk in the rain leads Kit into a special store, where she finds — and buys — a purported piece of the infamous Irish Blarney Stone. Now magically endowed with the gift of "persuasive eloquence", Kit finds that her tongue has ideas that her brain may not agree with — and one of those ideas is to finally test what really lies underneath her friendship with Jax!

Hot, hot, hot best characterizes this friends-turned-lovers story by St.Clare. The chemistry between her characters is intense and the sex scenes smoke. While the paranormal/magical aspect of the story is dealt with rather easily, the limited focus serves the plot rather than detracts from it. Explicit and slightly mysterious, KISSING STONE tops off this magical anthology perfectly.

Sensual, romantic and touched by magic, these three stories combine to make one hot anthology. With varying levels of heat, these stories start fun and get hot fast. There are some glitches between the lead-in prologue to the book and the loosely connected stories themselves, but overall IRISH ENCHANTMENT is a pleasing anthology that any erotic romance reader would enjoy.

Sensuality Level: The stories in this anthology have been given a rating of: "2 S-ensual, 1 E-rotic" by the publisher.
