"Special Agents Destiny, Jenna and Nur are out to complete their mission and get their men"

Maneater by Denise A. Agnew

Cora "Destiny" Tremayne has the reputation of being a ball buster of a female agent. She had never turned down an assignment, but she really didn't think she could work with Mac Tudor, the lover boy of the agency. A year ago they had a sexually charged dance at the Christmas reception. He had made her feel things no other man had. But she wasn't going to be just another woman to add to his list. So she has spent the last year avoiding him like the plague. Now she has to work with him.

Mac Tudor realized that Destiny attracted him like no other woman. Ever since the dance he had been battling her hostile signals. This was the perfect assignment to get closer to Destiny. It doesn't take long for the assignment to turn dangerous and they had to learn to trust each other. Can they find out what's going on at the lab? Will love win in the end?

Maneater is a great suspense story with two very strong characters. Destiny and Mac are perfect for each other and the sexual scenes are red hot. A good addition to this anthology.

Solstice Surrender by Tracy Cooper Posey

Jenna MacDonald is sitting peacefully in a café when she witnesses a couple fighting. The man verbal abuses his wife. Jenna kept thinking the wife should just throw her coffee at the man -- then the next moment the coffee is being dumped in his lap. When hell breaks out, a handsome stranger grabs Jenna's arm and runs down the street, with someone chasing them. Jenna was use to dealing with physical danger, being an agent, but she was not sure what to make of the mental attacks that she was experiencing.

Rhys Cellyn has been searching for Jenna for a long time. It was only by her using her mental powers that he was able to track her down finally. Now with time so short before the Solstice, he had to train her to use her powers and protect her from the forces that want Jenna's powers. Will Rhys be able to protect Jenna? Will Jenna accept her powers and use them as there need to be use?

Solstice Surrender is an interesting read with suspense, paranormal, and hot sexual scenes. Rhys is a sensitive man who will do anything to protect Jenna. Jenna is strong- willed woman going through a rough time, yet is still willing to listen to Rhys. This is a great read for paranormal fans.

Turkish Delight by Rosemary Laurey

Nur Aydam is a SIA operative who is just a little different. She is a moroii -- a living vampire. While taking a vacation in Turkey she gets a call to do a quick assignment in England. She has to investigate a company that recently bought a megalithic stone circle. Under cover as Yildiz Gectan a Turkish teacher, she finds fences surrounding the Hollrigg stone. Nur meets Mike Proudfoot, a teacher who is protesting the new ownership of the stones.

Mike doesn't trust Nur at all; he figures she is just a reporter trying to get a story. So he decides to keep an eye on her, even if it's bed. Can they learn to trust each other? What will he say when he finds out she is a vampire?

Turkish Delight is a very short story. Nur and Mike are great characters but I would have liked a little better ending.

Overall this is a great anthology that has a little of everything. Don't pass up adding this to your collection.
