"Sexy Contemporary Adventure"
Gwyn Verde has it all -- a handsome boyfriend, a good job,
and a nice, cozy cottage. Okay, so her handsome boyfriend
is a bit boyish, and it's been a while (a long while!)
since she found complete fulfillment in their sex life, but
she knows that a well-planned, well-orchestrated romantic
evening could be just the thing to revitalize the spark in
their relationship. Except -- when Pete shows up to dinner,
he's got a surprise for her: an ultra-short Tinkerbell
costume. The perfect outfit to complement his Peter Pan
ensemble when they attend the huge party his boss, Dominic
Laredo, is throwing on his yacht. Gwyn can't help but be reluctantly impressed by Laredo's
yacht -- and even more so by Dominic Laredo himself. Sexy
as sin and unabashedly decadent, he seems to zero her out
for his own personal attention. He's everything Pete
isn't... and that might just be a good thing. One night of
fantasy -- and then it's back to reality. Right? A thread of fantasy runs through this delightful novel by
first time EC author Mardi Ballou. (Very) loosely based on
the characters of the famous novel Peter Pan, HOOK, WINE &
TINKER is a sexy, fast-paced romp that features an upbeat
heroine and two would-be beaus. Though the author makes
clear the 'right' choice in men early on, Gwyn's adventure
is still pleasing and sensually fulfilling. The well-drawn
and consistent characters keep the story humming along,
pushing ahead the bubbling undercurrent of sexuality.
Though the story is there -- and is interesting, coherent
and romantically intriguing, Ballou certainly doesn't skimp
on the sex. The use of fantasy, costumes and mild bondage
both entertains and excites. HOOK, WINE & TINKER is a well-
written, fun yet deliciously sexy story that is sure to
entertain. Sensuality Level: This book has been rated "E-rotic" by the
publisher. It includes mild bondage and brief spanking.

pleasure. Then she'll go back to her "real life".
But Dominic wants more—and Captain Hook doesn't hesitate to
compete with Peter. In the end, Gwyn must choose—the pirate
