Rigah is the Leader Elect of her people. After her mother's death, she will be the Leader. On her way home from stopping an uprising of slaves she runs into a big piece of machinery in the road. When a human field slave comes over to help, she is attracted to him. She is not used to people who look her in the eyes, and talk back, she's always the one in control of every situation. Rigah decides to order the slave Jason to pleasure her. Although he pleasured her he did not cry out his release. She decides to take him home and see if she can break his will.

Jason had been on Prendara for nine hundred and thirteen days. Jason and his nephew Billy were captured on Earth and brought here as slaves. Jason didn't have a clue that Rigah was the Leader Elect, he only knows that she is arrogant and selfish and bossy. Jason is taken from Billy and made Rigah's sex slave. He has no intentions of being her concubine he only wants to get to Billy, but as he spends time pleasuring Rigah, both of their emotions go through changes.

But Rigah's sister has other plans for both of them.

Ms. Desalvo has written a very enjoyable novel with a good storyline. I found it to be exciting read about a slave and a leader who both had a lot to learn about each other. I loved the way Ms. Desalvo's scenes let the reader watch the progression of their attitude changes. I love Jason, for his love of his nephew and his ability to never give up. I like Rigah as she was able to change with love. HOT, HOT love scenes.
