"Absolutely sizzles!"

DEA Agent Kendall Frasier has decided to look on this trip as a vacation. She just lost her partner to 'friendly fire' and the Agency sent her for counseling to Corazon del Mar, an island base the DEA took over when they busted the drug lord operating out of it. Of course, she never expected to run into Zane Vincent, the man who shot her partner. It looks like he was sent here for the same reason. It's easy for her to hate the man, but not the body. He is every woman's fantasy come to life.

Zane Vincent never meant to shoot the Agent. He was aiming at the leader of a gang when the Agent went right in front of his bullet. He ends up being sent to Corazon del Mar as well. He's instantly attracted to the man's partner, Kendall Frasier. The problem is, how is he going to get past her dislike of him?

I believe Megan Hart can write in any genre. I've had the pleasure of reading her Sci-Fi, contemporary and fantasy, and loved everything I've read. This multi-talented author doesn't disappoint with her newest erotic story either. FRIENDLY FIRE is wonderfully written and absolutely sizzles! I really loved the part when Zane walked up on Kendall when she was coming. This is not only hot, but it's a story of dealing with survivor's guilt as well and I highly recommend it.

Summary

DEA Agent Kendall Frasier doesn't want to see the man who shot and killed her partner. Zane Vincent wants to forget about the bust gone bad and the man he killed. When both officers arrive at the same tropical island for a department-regulated vacation, more heats up than just the sand and sun. Will they let their past prejudices keep them from giving in to their mutual attraction, or will Zane and Kendall both succumb to a little FRIENDLY FIRE?
