In 21st century England, American Raine Sinclair has accepted an invitation to visit barrister Michael Connors at the castle she's inherited. He insisted that she must arrive before the next full moon. When she arrives she experiences strange feelings and thoughts that are not her own. She also keeps experiancing blocks of time that she can't remember. As for Michael, he seems at times to be someone she knows very well. Things become more complicated when it appears there are those who would rather not have Raine inherit--and who are other than they seem.

LIFE WITHOUT RAINE is a very quick read, one you will want to swallow whole, in one sitting. The plot is amazingly complicated and there is enough of it to tie the sensual scenes together and make this an enjoyable and entertaining erotic romance, with a touch of mystery.

Summary

Raine Sinclair can't believe she's inherited a castle. She's an American, after all, and has no need for an ancient pile of crumbling stone. After six months of communication with the English barrister handling the estate, she receives a mysterious note telling her she must come to England before the next full moon to claim her inheritance.

Michael Connors is NOT what she pictured as a barrister. Too handsome and sexy for her peace of mind, he could melt her underwear with just one look. Too bad the poor insane man thinks they were married in a previous life.

To receive the property and promised wealth Raine must face unexpected danger, a crazy housekeeper, a jealous rival, and above all, a man who believes he's loved her for more than eight hundred years...and says he can't bear to live another life without Raine.
