Emmaline Harris knew she had made a mistake when she entered the club. ALL HALLOWS HEARTBREAKER is a rolling, rollicking tale of vampirical love set in the city of Seattle. Devlin's characters, particularly Emma, roar to life within its pages, capturing the reader's heart, and the world she creates engages the imagination. The sex is wild and the romance sparkling. Easily taking a place alongside other great contemporary, urban vamp stories, HEARTBREAKER is a light read. Emma is chatty and a little ditzy, but Dylan, is clearly perfect for her and keeps up with only mild confusion. Even the secondary characters (mostly Dylan's friend Quentin) are enjoyable. Overall, HEARTBREAKER is a fun, fast read for those looking for a quick vamp-romance fix. One only hopes that Devlin plans to augment the world with a sequel in the future. Quentin is simply too interesting to be alone forever!

Summary
