"Can the Dark Knight find healing and love?"
Damian Alessandro is now known as dark knight. In the last
battle of the Duke of Keiranon, Damian Alessandro of
Helmskeep had challenged the evil necromancer, Morveresson,
to a battle to the death. He managed to strike Morveresson
through the heart. With Morveresson's last breath he struck
Lord Keirannon in the heart and then he cursed him to
eternity as a creature of darkness. It is only with love of
a healer that the curse can be ended. Lady Bianca is known for her power of healing. It didn't
hurt that she was also a beauty and pure of heart. She
finds out that her father is a captive of the dark knight,
and his only way home is for her to take her father's place
as the knight's captive. Without hesitation she exchanges
herself for her father. Upon meeting Damian, she realizes
that her healing may not be enough. It's only when Lady Bianca touches Damian he feels emotions
for the first time in centuries. Damian works on Bianca's
emotions in hopes she can heal him. But at the same time he
finds himself opening his heart. Is it possible that Bianca
is feeling the same way? But the curse is not going to be
easy to remove. There may be a higher cost than either can
imagine. WHITE AS SNOW is definitely a new twist on Beauty and the
Beast. Morgana de Winter has the ability to weave a story
that keeps the readers wanting more. Her tale of loss and
love will tug on your every emotion. I can't wait for her
next novel. This is one fairytale that I would recommend to
anyone who wants a new sexy look at an old tale.
