REVIEW

"Explosive start to a new paranormal series"

Private investigator Tori McAdams doesn't believe in superstitions, old wives' tales, and the paranormal. These things just don't exist in her orderly world. When a dancer comes to Tori for help, saying that a vampire is stalking her, Tori is skeptical. She believes the woman is being stalked, but by a mortal man. This belief may prove to be Tori's downfall.

Guided by a strange voice, Tori manages to survive the attack that should have killed her. But Tori knows that the vampire will come after her again once he learns that she still lives. Now she seeks help from the only man she can trust. Declan.

Sexy cop Declan Reilly has a secret that he hasn't shared with Tori. He is a shapeshifter, a wolf by nature, by birth. When she comes to him for help after her attack, Declan helps her the only way he knows how. With blood and sex. Declan has wanted Tori since he first met her, so the sex is not a problem. But Tori isn't acting like a normal newly turned vampire. Why is she so different?

Will Declan be able to help Tori save herself from the vampire who's after her? Will Declan's friend help them out? Will Tori accept Declan as her mate? And just who is the source of the strange voice in Tori's head that has saved her so far?

Prepare yourself for a fast-paced sexy adventure! THE HUNTERS: DECLAN AND TORI is a one-sitting read. Squeamish readers, beware. There is on-screen violence and some gore. Ms. Walker has kicked off her newest series with a bang. I definitely recommend this book to paranormal fans. I can't wait for the next book in the exciting series. You don't want to miss out on this great story!

Sensuality: Rated E-rotic by the publisher. Explicit sex, m/m sex, anal sex, threesome, bondage, spanking; sexually explicit scenes: 12.
