"An unusual but enjoyable erotic romance novel"

Shanel Fox had been forced to retire from the police department. The city's budget was short of funds and some of the cutbacks included laying off or forcing early retirement on some of the police force. Shanel had used her time since then to go back to school and become a real estate agent. She still missed being a cop but she was enjoying selling real estate. Late one night she goes to show a new client a house located in a remote part of town. What she finds waiting for her isn't exactly what she was expecting.

Hall Marshall has been living a half-life since his wife and child were murdered. He tried to go on with his life but found himself unable to forget. One day a secretive organization offered him an opportunity to help those whom the police weren't able to help. His latest case was one of his most unusual. A group of morally bankrupt and very successful men had been kidnapping and raping women for some time now. They had been holding the women as sex slaves without any worry about consequences. Hall wanted to stop them before more women became victims, but his only chance was to enact a very unusual plan.

I found this to be an unusual but enjoyable erotic romance novel. The bondage was handled well and the character's internal dialogue helped to explain some of the more difficult sections of this novel. I found the characters easy to care about and their actions rang true. The attraction between the two main characters was hot from the beginning and the story was a quick read.

Summary
