Tierra finds herself totally and utterly lost in a wood. She has no idea where she is. Even though she is lost, just about out of food, and would really love a nice hot bath, Tierra isn't that upset -- because she is free. It is wonderful no longer being under Uba's control. Now she can finally live her life the way she wants to. And the first thing she wants, is a man. Uba never allowed it. And just her luck, Tierra finds a man. Tierra hears something and goes to investigate. She finds the warrior of her dreams. He is dark, with dark hair and silver eyes. The warrior strips and gets into the pool and bathes himself. Tierra can't look away! The man looks straight at Tierra; she runs and he takes off after her.

Finally, Renn has managed to track down Tierra. He has been given the mission of bringing Tierra back to her heart- sisters. Renn has just discovered that Ranelle is his little sister and she is now married to the Elven King, Jalen. His brother, Aric, King of the Nordains, is married to Liana, a wingless Tanzinite. It is Renn's mission to find Tierra and bring her back to Phoenicia. He has been following her elusive honeysuckle scent for quite some time now.

Tierra keeps running away from Renn, even after some of the best sex that surpasses all her expectations. They end up in Astral, the Kingdom of the Fae, where they discover the truth about Tierra's birth. Eventually, Tierra and Renn end up in Phoenicia, where they must prepare to face an evil sorcerer for control of their world.

I wish I could live in Dair! I absolutely love this world with all its magical creatures and beings. This is a wonderfully crafted world with well-rounded characters. I really love how independent Tierra is and how hard she makes Renn work for her. She just loves to run away from him, and she uses her magic to bind him when she leaves. Of course, she also learns how to use her spellbindings during sex. This story is not just erotica, even though it contains enough sex to satisfy any taste, it also contains a wonderfully written plot. I love how all the different races come together at the battle and how they all work together. The creatures are fantastic, right down to the shifting Nordains. If you're in the market for a hot fantasy tale, then look no further. This is the series for you and I definitely recommend it. Just make sure that a partner is handy when reading.
