"Delicious addition to the Not-So-Grimm Fairy Tales from Ellora's Cave"
Joringel of Gaziantep wants to step from his brother
Khalid's shadow and have a kingdom of his own, and he
plans to get it! For a thousand years Talia, Princess of
the Aphrodisian people, has been asleep. An evil witch
cast a spell, leaving Talia sleeping and the Aphrodisian
people almost extinct. Joringel decides that he and his
mighty swords are enough to awaken Princess Talia and
become her King. But along the way Joringel meets the beautiful Jorinda, an
Aphrodisian maiden, and falls in love with her. When the
wicked witch steals Jorinda from him, Joringel is frantic
to find a way to rescue her. Joringel soon learns that to
save Jorinda he must unite with his brother Khalid and
together they must seduce the slumbering Princess Talia,
awakening her with their two mighty swords and their
lovemaking skills. If they can awaken the Princess, the
three of them can face the evil witch and hopefully save
Jorinda as well. Are the twin Princes skilled enough to arouse Princess
Talia from her thousand-year slumber? Reminiscent of the fairy tales Sleeping Beauty and
Jorinda and Joringel, Ann Jacobs captures and seduces her
readers with this sensual and delicious tale of magic,
love, and adventure. This reader was swept away by Joringel and Khalid with
their open heartedness and their passion. Ms. Jacobs
sweeps the reader into a magical place that has no
limitations and where anything is possible. Joringel's
self-discovery and his heart learn that there are more
important things than status and owning his own kingdom;
his love for Jorinda and his passion are intense and very
believable. The characters in this tale are all sensual,
exotic, and capture the reader. Ms. Jacobs is a wonderful
author who can thrill readers with her words, transfix us,
entertain us with her characters, and always leave us
scrambling for her stories. Ann Jacobs AWAKENINGS is another unforgettable story in
the Ellora's Cave Not-So-Grimm Fairy Tale series that add
delicious spins to old tales that make us glad to be all
grown up! Rated: NC-17 by the publisher, explicit scenes, threesome
sex acts (m/f/m).

SummaryTwo princes, one throne; a sleeping beauty, a living statue
and a land enslaved.
On the eve of his brother's coronation, Prince Joringel of
Gaziantep sets off to make his fortune with his two swords:
the wickedly curved scimitar he wields like an extension of
his hand, and the powerful weapon between his legs with
which he is equally skilled. He seeks to wake Princess
Talia of Aphrodisias from her magical slumber, and so
become her King.
But Jorinda, fair of face and figure, steals Joringel's
heart—and a wicked witch steals Jorinda and turns her into
a fountain. Joringel's only hope to rescue his Jorinda lies
with his brother, Khalid. Together they must carnally
reawaken Princess Talia, and then the three will face the
wicked witch.
Will their swords be up to the task?
