"What would you do if you woke up in bed with a naked stranger?"
Danice Carter encounters a strange man who appears to be a
wanna-be elf, while waiting to meet a co-worker for dinner
at a bar. He promises (threatens, really) that he can make
her deepest desires come true. Danice blows off the
stranger, pegging him as a kook. All is forgotten until she wakes up naked the next morning
with a stranger in bed with her. A naked stranger. How did
he get into her apartment? But Danice isn't in her
apartment, or even in the mortal realm, anymore. McIntyre "Mac" Callahan is just as surprised as Danice to
wake up in a strange room. He doesn't know why they were
brought here, but he suspects he knows how they got here.
Mac is half-fae. As in fairy or the little people. Magic is
at work here. He can't counteract it so they may as well
enjoy themselves while waiting for their captor, right? Danice wants nothing to do with non-human males. Two of her
best friends have married preternatural men, one a
vampire and the other a werewolf. But she wants Mac like
she's never wanted any other man. Will Danice be able to
come to terms with her prejudice against non-humans? And who
has abducted them and why? Danice and Mac singe the pages with their fiery desires.
This quickie will leave the reader panting for more. But
don't worry; the sequel to FAER FETCHED, FIGHTING FAER, will
be out this fall. I look forward to seeing what will come
next from Ms. Warren's talented pen. Sensuality: Rated NC-17 by the publisher. Explicit sex;
sexually explicit scenes: 3.

SummaryDanice Carter wakes up naked and confused. She can't figure
out how she got into bed with a man she's never met,
because there is no way she would forget meeting McIntyre
Callahan. The man is everything she's ever fantasized
about, a mind-bendingly mouth-watering hunk...who is just
as
puzzled about what's going on as she is.
When they discover the explanation involves a fugitive from
Faerie, some very tricky magic, and a theoretical hotel
room, things start to get a little weird. Good thing the
attraction between Danice and Mac makes all the sense in
the world.
Sexual Content: NC-17. Genre: Paranormal. Length: short
story.
