Sabrina's agonizing journey after the fire, of living with her scars and trying to look beyond them, is emotional and she believes in the love between her and Brian, helping her to see that it is what is inside that matters. Sabrina realizes her sexuality with Brian and even with disfiguring scars, she can still find her true love. Sabrina and Brian's passion is explosive and scorching hot. They can't get enough of each other and leave the reader breathless. Sabrina and her parents coming together again after three years of misunderstandings and hurt is touching and brings forth the saying that time does heal all wounds. The added suspense of what Sabrina's ex- fiancee, David plans to do to win her back, kept me on the edge of my seat and made BURNING DESIRES even more riveting.

Ms. Hurn's characters and story are believable and they could be any one of us. BURNING DESIRES is well-written, extremely hot and highly recommended!

Summary
