"She was not what she led people to believe"
In 1814 the Earl of Calverton and his young bride were
killed in accidental fire. The estate was now in the
hands of Colonel Jordan Lyndhurst, presently on the
Continent. He was to be the Seventh Earl. For Charlotte,
Countess of Calverton and widow of the sixth Earl, this
might well be the day her troubles began. Earl Calverton, Jordon Lyndhurst, had heard that the
Crescent brothel had a young woman who could give him some
relief from the pain in his back. His friend had a
manservant who could walk up and down his spine and crack
bones. This gave him enormous relief from his pain. Since
the manservant had shipped home, Jordon was counting on
Kiko for relief. But when he gets his first look at Madam
Charlie, he decides that he might as well get relief in
another area of his body while he is here. Madam Charlie is every inch a lady even if she owns the
Crescent. Her brothel was different, no girl was ever
held against her will, or was allowed to be injured by any
patrons. Each girl had a bank account and the best of
medical care. Jordan has an instant attraction to her. He
wants her with a burning desire. After Madam Charlie
completes his back treatment, he asks her to service his
other needs. Although Charlie refuses Jordan, she does call
one of her girls. But he makes sure that she understands
it's her he wants not a substitute. After not being able to find out anything on Madame
Charlie before the last year, Jordon's desires for
Charlie only intensify. He saves her when she is attacked
for stopping a man from raping an injured girl. How long will it be before Jordon finds out the truth?
Will Charlie find the love she desires? MADAM CHARLIE has a refreshing look at the world of
brothels. I loved the way Charlie and Jordan burn up the
pages together. This was a realistic look at the Regency
period. Ms Kelly was able to tie up all the ends of story
in such a way to make it a believable tale. I highly
recommend MADAM CHARLIE. Sensuality: Rated NC-17 by the publisher. Explicit sex,
anal sex.

SummaryLondon, 1814:
A young woman inherits an interesting London house, Number
14 Beaulieu Crescent. Nothing unusual in that, you might
say. And ordinarily you'd be right. But this time
the "house" is actually a high-class brothel, and the young
woman has a secret identity of her own that she must never
reveal. Especially not to the man who brings her body to
life, stirs her senses like no other, and who has begun his
own campaign to unlock the mystery that is "Madam Charlie".
Sexual Content: NC-17. Genre: historical.
