"A very hot, quick read"

Melanie Clover's life is the pits. She lives in an apartment where the walls are so thin she gets to hear her neighbor's marathon sex episodes ever night, her job sucks, and to top it all off her whole department just won the lottery and quit. This leaves her with the unpleasant task of having to do everyone's job. To make matters even worse, the new VP of her company has been making the employees' lives miserable.

Melanie has been having an incredibly long dry spell when it comes to sex. Her good friend Dawn tries to help her by setting her up with several blind dates but they turn out to be disasters. After another bad day Melanie receives a phone call about her Aunt Penelope. It seems that she's passed away and has mentioned Melanie in her will. At the reading of the will, Melanie finds out that she's been left one hundred thousand dollars and Aunt Penelope's house. Even though Penelope's daughter was left one million dollars, she's still pretty upset that Melanie got her mother's house.

Once Melanie arrives at the house, she finds several surprises in store for her. The most surprising one is that her Aunt also left her male harem to Melanie. After calming down a bit, Melanie calls her friend Dawn for advice. Dawn can't believe that such a thing is happening in this day and age and just has to see for herself. Once Dawn arrives, things really start to heat up.

This was a very hot and quick read. It made for a great fantasy read. The characters were fun even though some of the situations were a bit implausible. Caution: There were some scenes where unprotected sex occurred.

Summary

Melanie Clover has a lousy job, no boyfriend, and neighbors who like to have ridiculously loud sex. She is too shy to handle the dating scene, and has resigned herself to a chaste life spent playing mindless video games.

But when her beloved Aunt Penelope dies, Melanie inherits her home and everything in it. Now, instead of a cramped one-bedroom apartment, she has a mansion with a swimming pool, a tennis court, luxurious furniture, spacious bathrooms, a wide-screen television...and a harem.

Yes, a harem. A harem with eight handsome, muscular, sexy men, all willing to cater to her every need. Melanie is outraged to discover that Aunt Penelope's joyful nature and unmatched zest for life took this kind of direction, but her outrage turns to curiosity, and then to temptation. After all, how often does a girl have eight love slaves to call her own?

Aunt Penelope...you just got to love her ;-)
