The Shadow Warriors, as they are known, have been granted immortality and other powers from the Guardians to kill one of their own. Many questions abound in this engrossing novel. Who is plotting against the unions and why? Who is the traitor in the midst of Galen's castle? What secrets do some of the women have? Will these secrets tear each of their marriages apart before they can truly begin? Will Jonar succeed in his evil plans?

SHATTERED LEGACY is the story of four warriors and their wives in medieval, magical times. We are introduced to each couple and the problems they share. There is violence on-screen and the death of a beloved character is especially heartbreaking. Be forewarned, though, no one has a happy ending in this prequel. The happily-ever-after is saved for each couple's own book, starting with SHADOWED LEGACY (to be released soon).
