"One Hot Read!"

Catie Wilds was pissed! The cattle rustling was bad enough when they seemed to be targeting her good friend Dee's ranch. Now some of her cattle are gone -- now it's personal. So the feisty, petite Catie storms into the sheriff's office, past the busty secretary, on the hunt for Sheriff Savage. She finds the deputy instead, and proceeds to rip him to shreds.

Jarrod Savage walks in on Catie's tirade unnoticed. His blood stirs watching this small woman tear into his deputy. When he makes himself known and their eyes meet, it's instant fireworks. He decides to get to know her much better, and does after catching her as a "Peeping Tomasina". (A particularly hot part of the story, BTW.) Can a relationship go anywhere when Catie had commitment problems? Or when evidence in the cattle rustling is pointing to her brother, Steve?

Ms. McCray had done it again with WILDCAT! The instant, intense attraction between Catie and Jarrod is so well written, the reader can feel the heat. (Get ready for a very cold shower!) With many emotional twists and turns, as well as lots of hot sex, WILDCAT is a must read!

Summary

Rancher Catie Wilds loves men, can't get enough sex, likes experimentation, and enjoys indulging in a bit of voyeurism. The only thing she doesn't like is the idea of commitment. After growing up in a broken family and witnessing too many failed marriages, Catie knows a permanent relationship is not for her. Besides, she's having too much damn fun.

Sheriff Jarrod Savage has been called to investigate a rash of cattle rustling in the southeastern corner of Cochise County. But one night when he goes into the field to do a little observation, he comes across a sensual young woman who's doing some investigating of her own.
