"Steamy, Romantic and Suspenseful....It Doesn't Get Better Than This!"

Once again Ms. Agnew brings us back to the offices of the Taggert Security Team, picking up the story of Tammy Carter, Office Manager and Kyle Hawthorne, another of the staff Security Specialists. The attraction between Tammy and Kyle is obvious to everyone around them, but being stubborn, neither is willing to admit or act on the obvious. Tammy and Kyle are kindred spirits, both having experienced tremendous pain and loss in their lives, both trying to cope as best as they can.

Underneath Tammy's sometimes wacky exterior is a smart, hardworking, compassionate woman with an incredible gift: Tammy has the ability to read auras. To some, this might seem to be a gift, but Tammy doesn't exactly see it that way; it brings with it more problems than it solves. She carries the guilt of possibly having been able to prevent the death of her sister when she failed to heed the warning signs. She chooses to close herself off from emotional attachments as her own personal coping mechanism. Kyle, having lost his parents and younger sister, chooses to fight his demons in much the same way; keeping himself emotionally distant, though he still tries to fight the good fight -- saving the world one person at a time.

The heat that these two throw off could warm a small house. Throw into the mix a very tenacious killer who wants Tammy, Kyle's refusal to buy in to Tammy's psychic abilities, fascinating secondary characters and sub-plots, a great many twists and turns, and you have another top- notch, fast paced, steamy, romantic and suspenseful novel. Do Tammy and Kyle break their own personal rules and give in to the powerful attraction that's so thick you can cut it with a knife? And what about the creepy guy doing research at the homeless shelter? As with the previous book, DANGEROUS INTENTIONS, it would be easy to give away too much just by saying a little, so I highly recommend that you check this one out. You won't be disappointed.
