"Well-written characters and steamy, powerful sex."

Lynne Temple, city girl from Florida, finds herself in the snowy Appalachian mountains as she makes her way to her new life in Charleston, West Virginia. Lost and nearly out of gas, she loses control of her SUV in the snow and skids into a tree. Just before losing consciousness, she sees the shadow of a man coming up behind her car; he seems to be wearing a prison jumpsuit and shackles. In her estimation, this is not a good thing.

Upon regaining consciousness, Lynne realizes that she has indeed been rescued, that she is naked, and that she has been nursed back to health by the man whose picture has been plastered all over the state of Florida. Jesse Radshaw, escaped convict, sexual predator, serial rapist and murderer.

Lynne sees offering herself to him as her only chance at survival. What begins as an act of self preservation soon develops into a sexual awakening for Lynne, redemption for Jesse, and a sweet hot experience for the reader.

The characters are well written, the story flows nicely, and the sex is steamy, powerful, and beautifully written. Not only do I highly recommend this one, but it'll take a place of honor in my e-book reader!
