REVIEW

"New love found in snowstorm"

Texan Cynthia Petterson's wedding day is turning out to be far from typical. She finds her fiancé and her maid of honor in flagrante delecto. She flees the scene, driving heedlessly into a Colorado snowstorm, without a jacket or sweater. After getting lost, she crashes her car into a ravine in the middle of the blizzard.

Former Texan Charles Randall has been hiding out in the mountains of Colorado for five years. After the tragic death of his wife and unborn child at a construction site he was supervising, he cannot bear to work construction sites anymore. He designs buildings on his computer, communicating with his Texas company via email and teleconferencing. He heads out to stock up on supplies in preparation for the coming storm. On his way home, he sees the tracks made by Cynthia's car and rescues her. Since the roads are becoming impassable, he takes her to his nearby house to set her broken arm and warm her up.

Cynthia and Charles are very attracted to each other. During the three days of total confinement, they begin to act on their attraction. Cynthia is an innocent despite growing up on a ranch. Charles awakens desires in her that she's never felt for any man before. After the rescue from the blizzard, their story is far from over. There are many surprises and twists and turns that occur once their respective families are introduced.

Sensuality: monogamous sex, some light anal play.

High on top of a mountain outside Denver, Charles Randall lives a solitary existence, blaming himself for the deaths of his wife and unborn child. His vow to never become emotionally entangled again is tested when he rescues a young woman from certain death.

Marooned in a small cabin, cut off from the world, tensions mount daily as the two wait out the storm. The flames of sensuous desire consume them, even as the cold winter snow blows around them. But when life resumes and Caroline returns home to Texas, can the smoldering passion be rekindled or was their affair a fast-moving front of a Texas storm?
