REVIEW

"Marie and Ian make for hot reading!"

Marie Bertelli is a no-nonsense attorney who lives her life efficiently and independently. She is focused on her career and building a solid reputation for herself, and she doesn't have time to dwell on her bachelorette status, even if she does sometimes feel twinges of jealousy when she thinks of her happily married friends. Her traditional Italian-American family is very overprotective and nosy, and they occasionally force her to rebel in rather memorable ways, including her brief taste of passion in Ian's arms. Lately she's been feeling a little antsy, mostly because it's been years since she was involved in a satisfying relationship, and wonders if maybe she doesn't need to find a man to *ahem* scratch her itch.

Ian Kilborn grew up down the street from Marie and has lusted after her for most of his adult life. Their one brief encounter when they were teenagers wasn't enough to diminish his attraction for the saucy lawyer. Now they share a courthouse, and even his occasional and completely non-sexual meetings with her are enough to keep him awake at night. When Marie's father ends up in legal trouble, he turns to Ian instead of Marie. Of course, that doesn't stop her from meddling, or from getting involved in a hot fling with her adversary. Eventually the question arises: will a passionate affair be enough?

Tori Carrington has created a tantalizing page-turner in the third and final installment in the "Legal Briefs" series, and one that I quite honestly could NOT put down. The characters have depth and emotion, the sex is amazing, and the romantic conflict made my heart flutter until the very end. GOING TOO FAR delivers everything a Blaze romance should, plus some.

Legal Briefs—Litigation between the sheets.

Summary

How far...

Attorney Marie Bertelli needs a fling—badly. With a stressful job and a big Italian family known for scaring off the opposite sex, Marie figures she'll have to proposition the next man to cross her path. Luckily for her, that man is sexy lawyer Ian Kilborn. And while she might not want to read his legal briefs, she definitely wants to get into them...

...is too far?

Ian has been fighting a bad case of unrequited lust for Marie for years. But she never seemed to have the same burning desire for him...until now. Suddenly shy, sexy Marie has become a sexual tigress, determined to seduce the life out of him. Not that Ian's complaining... Their interludes are hot, intense...wicked. But when their fling becomes something more, is either one of them willing to go the distance?
