"A blind date to make her erotic fantasies come true"

Regina and her friends have come up with a plan to provide each of them with a "fantasy fix", essentially a blind date with a man willing to make one of their fantasies come true. When it's a reluctant Regina's turn, she tries to come up with a fantasy that her friends won't be able to fulfill.

A real vampire hanging out in a Goth nightclub, Dmitri is not having any fun until he spots Regina. With his mind- reading skills, he is able to read her fantasy and is perfectly happy to help her live it out.

This book was well written and moved quickly. The characters were likable. Even Regina's friends, who were annoyingly insistent on making her go through with the plan, redeemed themselves with their concern for her. Dmitri's werewolf friend, Graham, was especially interesting and hopefully will soon be seen in a story of his own (maybe with one of Regina's friends, one can hope). I am certainly looking forward to her next book.

This is Christine Warren's first story for Ellora's Cave and it is a terrific beginning. The story is hot. Dmitri's unique mind-reading skill puts an interesting twist on the relationship, while never seeming exploitative.

Sensuality level: Rated NC-17 by the publisher. There are bondage/dominance themes and one short lesbian scene that is unrelated to the main characters.
