"Sensual story of faith!"
Annie thought she had it all. Even though her family is
Jewish, neither one of her parents are what anyone would
call devout. With her mother's family being orthodox,
there was no way her mother would even think of living
that way. Whenever her faith came to her mind, the only
thing Annie's mother could recall was her father saying
how glad he was not to be a woman. So Annie never
practiced her faith and never worried about it. Instead,
she was a sexually liberated woman, happily eating non-
Kosher foods and dressing however she wanted. Everything was going well in Annie's life, that is, until
she met Joel, an Orthodox Jew who strictly adheres to the
principles of his faith. Annie tries everything to get
Joel into bed, but nothing works. Joel has already decided
Annie will be his bride, which means no sex until after
they are married. Will Annie become religious and follow the rules of the
Orthodox Jew? What of her family? Will they ever accept
Joel? DOUBLE MITZVAH is a highly erotic story of faith. Erica
DeQuaya has done a wonderful job of blending the two
together. While this is a very short story, Erica DeQuaya
has done a good job of making her point. We feel for Annie
when her parents try to talk her out of seeing Joel and as
she begins to question her own faith, or lack thereof.
This is a highly sensual story which I highly recommend to
those who have ever questioned their faith.

SummaryOn the surface, Annie seems to have it all; good times,
money and plenty of men to warm her bed. But her libido and
emotions take a nose dive when she meets Joel, an Orthodox
Jew with a devastating body and personality to match.
Unfortunately for Annie (a non-observant Jew herself), Joel
is devastatingly devout, and determined to save himself for
marriage even as he relentlessly pursues her.
Annie must reclaim her lost faith and sacrifice her desire
for immediate gratification to claim the ultimate role as
Joel's life-mate. But it isn't easy; as both fall deeper in
love with each other, they must fight the passionate urge
to consummate physically the deep bond they share
emotionally.
Told from Annie's point of view, Double Mitzvah
describes the fiery attraction between two people of
different cultures, set against the background of a
religion rich with tradition, culture and warmth...
