REVIEW

"Move Over Carpathians! The Ghost Walkers have arrived!"

Move over, Carpathians! The Ghost Walkers are in the building!

Christine Feehan has outdone herself this time. This is a kick butt, take names action packed read and you won't want to put it down once you start it! I know I didn't.

Captain Ryland Miller is part of a top-secret government experiment. Now his men are getting sick and are dying and he gets horrible headaches every time he tries to use his enhanced psychic ability. He and his men have been separated and are being held in highly reinforced cages. Still he and his men can telepathically communicate with each other though they don't want the higher ups knowing that.

Dr. Peter Whitney believes someone is trying to sabotage his experiment so he decides to call his daughter, Dr. Lily Whitney in to consult. He is sure if Lily can just interact with the men she can pick up that something is horribly wrong.

The minute Lily meets Ryland they instantly connect both physically and on the psychic level. Lily has never met anyone like Ryland before. She's not sure if she can trust him just as he's not sure about her either but she might be his and his men's only hope for survival. Now starts the dance.

There was not anything I didn't like about this book. The characters, the plot, the scenery, it all dragged me in right from the very first paragraph. It is my sincere hope that Christine Feehan will see fit to write stories for the other Ghost Walkers. I know I'll be the first in line for each and every one of their stories!

Summary

The classified experiment is the brainchild of renowned scientist Peter Whitney and his brilliant daughter, Lily. Created to enhance the psychic abilities of an elite squadron, it can transform their natural mental powers into a unique military weapon. But something goes wrong. In the isolated underground labs, the men have been dying-victims of bizarre accidents. Captain Ryland Miller knows he is next.

When Dr. Whitney himself is murdered, Ryland has only one person left to trust: the beautiful Lily. Possessed of an uncanny sixth sense herself, Lily shares Ryland's every new fear, every betrayal, every growing suspicion, and every passionate beat of the heart. Together, they will be drawn deeper into the labyrinth of her father's past...and closer to a secret that someone would kill to keep hidden.
