Summary

The Great Bridal Escape
Mary Kathryn O'Malley wanted to get married and it seemed that she and Seth would be perfect for each other. At least according to her parents, who had carefully planned the match. On her wedding day when the preacher asked if she'd take Seth for her groom, and she said, "No," everyone at the church was shocked. A "no" from from never-rock-the- boat or make waves, Mary Kathryn? Not even she could believe she had done what she had done. Where in the world had that surge of spunk came from? And she wasn't through yet. By high noon she had left the groom at the altar, answered only to the name "Kate" (never to be a Mary Kathryn again) and was heading to Texas with Tony Donetti— the gorgeous best man. Oh well, what's done is done. She might as well relax and enjoy the ride. Especially because Tony had his own reasons for wanting to keep her by his side.

HOW TO CATCH A GROOM
Desdemona Smith follows her heart, and that's what led her to begin her own business as a wedding consultant. But this particular wedding lands with a thud when the bride runs away, and Desi's left to pick up the pieces...and the groom. Seth Rutherford, a college professor and researcher, is a logic-loving man who follows his head. He's lost his bride, a woman who was perfectly suited to him...a logical choice in a wife. But Desi assures him love isn't logical, and Seth soon discovers neither is Desi. She has him chasing down wedding cakes, dodging garters and lusting after a woman who is his opposite. Why can't he seem to get enough of Desi Smith?

In How To Catch a Groom Desi and Seth find there can be logic in love if you just get to the heart of the matter.
