Summary

During her long reign as the Enforcer of Washington, D.C., the vampire Olympias has never had anyone challenge her authority;until now. Her devoted human servant questions her command, and a secret government project is on the verge of exposing the vampires' existence. Now, a dangerous man with an ancient grudge plots to overthrow her and set up a new Enforcer.
