"Equatorial heated tale"

When she failed to save the life of her partner Brian Sheridan two years ago, Joelle Summers left the police force. She enjoys her current work as a bounty hunter especially when she rescues an abducted child. Her brother Cole prefers Joelle to skip her latest assignment, but she ignores his plea and goes after Dean Colter.

Dean has nearly killed himself helping to make a success of his father's business, Colter Traffic Control even paying the price of losing a fiancee. He finally has had it with work and decides to take a needed vacation before fully burning out. However, a beautiful woman with handcuffs persuades Dean to come with her to her hideaway. He thinks the sexy woman is a present from his best friend until Joelle actually handcuffs him. He insists she has the wrong man except if she wants to spend it in the boudoir.

Conjure up handcuffs in a Blaze tale and you probably think torrid sheets. A few degrees more as Janelle Denison scorches the pages with an equatorial heated tale. The lead and critical secondary characters lure the reader to follow the story line of Joelle's WICKED SEDUCTION though why she would allow a civilian to help her on her adventure seems a stretch. Still the audience will adore the fiery Joelle and want a Dean in their lives even as readers look forward to the story of the heroine's brother and his secretary (see the upcoming Temptation's A SHAMELESS SEDUCTION).

Summary

Bounty hunter Joelle Sommers is very good at her job. But she's definitely in over her head when she mistakenly picks up sexy businessman Dean Colter. Because unlike her usual prisoners, Dean makes it clear that he's ready to accommodate Jo's every sensual fantasy. Dean claims he's not guilty, but Jo quickly realizes that he's not so innocent either . . .

After years of work consuming his life, Dean wants an adventure. But being kidnaped by a gorgeous bounty hunter, one who's into bondage, to boot, isn't exactly what he had in mind. Still, being a willing captive has its advantages. Jo might be the one with the cuffs, but Dean's just discovered the key to unleashing the uninhibited woman behind the badge.
