Summary

Renée Evans has inherited her grandfather's estate and under normal conditions, living in the old mansion while it's being repaired should be easy...right? Someone forgot to mention one little detail. The place is haunted by the ghosts of her grandfather and her mother. Warren Bailey, a young carpenter on the outs with his dad, is seeking a place to work and live. When Renee provides both, then finds he has other talents besides working with wood, he's got it made.
