Brittany Barrington has been hurt and shies away from men and relationships. At the urging of her mother, she goes with her to spend a month at a resort called "Eden" - a secluded resort owned and used by some of the most powerful women in the country where they hold the upper hand and can fulfill their deepest desires.

Chad Hunter is a Navy SEAL with a mission - find the admiral's son who signed on for a stint at Eden and never returned. The only catch - the only way to infiltrate Eden is to go undercover - and put himself up for sale.

Brittany and Chad, of course, are immediately attracted to one another. After Brittany lets her mother 'purchase' Chad for her to get her off her back, what starts out as a platonic relationship to put off her mother turns into a sensual journey. Of course, for all to end well both must resolved their own issues, and Chad must complete his mission - a mission which requires him to deceive Brittany, who has been already been hurt once by a man's deception.

This book was a fabulously quick read, and Susan delivers a wondrously sensual world in which she has neglected no detail. The touch of suspense added just the right amount of plot, and as with Susan's other books, the pace is fast and furious, keeping the reader glued to the pages. Chad and Brittany are wonderful characters, and Susan's creativity makes this book practically steam as it sits on the shelf. A must read for the fan of steamy sensual romances!
