Summary

Sadie Thomas is tired of covering joining ceremonies, baby showers, golden anniversaries and all the other human interest crap that a junior reporter gets saddled with at the Io Moon Times. Taking all of her yearly vacation in one big lump, she hops an ore transport to the most notorious prostie-brothel in the System located on Titan, Saturn's largest moon, to spend her free time gathering facts for a blistering tell-all exposé that will blow the top off the barely legal prostie-borg industry. Sadie goes undercover as a prostie and her plan is working until her bargain Overlook-Me chip fails and two strange men who looked much too clean and handsome to be Ring Miners come in to the Prostie Palace and pick her out of the line-up. It looks like she's going to find out first hand exactly what the prosties go through and Sadie's afraid it isn't going to be a pleasant experience. Detectives first class David Blakely and Christian Holtstein are a Tandem Unit assigned to Old Earth Vice. They came to the Prostie Palace looking for answers to a rash of mind rapes that have been taking place on remote colonies around the System. Rather than paying for the expensive synesthetic brains that operate legal prosties, someone has been stealing the brains of innocent colonists and implanting them in illegally tank-grown prostie bodies; forcing them into a life of cyber-prostitution. What the two detectives don't expect to find is a gorgeous undercover reporter neither one of them can resist. But can Sadie handle what they have to offer?
